Thank you for your interest in North Haven Communities! Applying for a home on post has never been easier! Whether you are months away from arriving at Fort Greely, or are already here, you can securely apply for housing online by completing the information below.

Our leasing team is committed to finding the right home to fit your needs. Documentation is not required to submit your application, however the more information you share, the faster we will be able to find a home for you and your family.

Required Documents for Active Duty Service Members:
• PCS Orders to Ft. Greely
• Command Sponsorship for your Dependents (Dependents listed on Orders)
• Soldier Talent Profile (Found on IPPS-A, formally known as your ERB/ORB)
• Current End of Month LES
• Absence Request Form with Blocks 5, 12, 13 & 14 filled out
• Pet Vaccination Records-listing Name, Breed & Age (if applicable)
• Supporting Promotion/Promotable Status Documentation (IPPS-A Promotion Orders from SM's IPERMS or OML Number)
• Current Lease Agreement, with Lease End Date (if you are currently in a Lease off post)
Required Documents for Other Eligible Tenants:

If you are a Retiree, we will need the following documents:
• DD214
• DFAS Retiree Account Statement for Applicant
• Pet Vaccination Records (if applicable)
• Additional Income Verification for a spouse or co-habitant (if applicable)

If you are a DoD Civilian or Military Contractor, we will need the following documents:
• Orders / SF50 / Letter of Employment
• Civilian Leave and Earnings Statement for Applicant
• Pet Vaccination Records (if applicable)
• Additional Income Verification for a spouse or co-habitant (if applicable)

**A background check for all occupants over 18 will also be required. We will need photo identification (Passport or Driver’s License) and $30 fee per person, payable by the applicant.
